THE “Play to Win Raffle Competition” OFFICIAL TERMS NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN

1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Bubble Arena Raffle” Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to persons legally residing in the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are a registered user on QQ Games. Employees of QQ Games, its related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. A computer with Internet access is required. Installation is free.

2. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by QQ Games, P.O. Box 108, 274 Redwood Shore Pkwy, Redwood City, CA 94065

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.

4. TIMING: The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on November 16th, 2008 and ends at 08:00 pm PST on November 29th, 2008 (the “Contest Period”).

5. ENTRY: In order to enter the Contest, contestants must have a valid email address and either already have a QQ Games account or must install QQ Games at http://www.qqgames.com. Once installed, contestants must login to QQ Games, select a contest highlight, and click “Enter the Competition” on the contest landing page.

6.COMPETITION DETAILS: The “Bubble Arena Raffle” Competition will offer the contestant one raffle ticket per ‘Bubble Arena’ game played. Each ‘Bubble Arena’ session must be of a duration of 1 minute or longer. ‘Bubble Arena’ sessions under 1 minute will not qualify for a raffle ticket. “Practice” games in which there are no other live players will not qualify to earn a raffle ticket. Winners of the daily raffle prizes and grand prize agree to have their photograph and QQ Games Nickname published on the Competition web page and on other graphics relating to this competition.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER: Each ticket earned by playing “Bubble Arena” will count towards a raffle held at the end of each day (8:00pm PST) during the contest period. Raffle tickets only count towards a drawing on the day that they were earned (e.g. tickets earned on June 11st are only eligible for the June 11st raffle drawing). All tickets earned on all days during the “Bubble Arena Raffle” contest will count towards the final drawing on June 24th, 2008 for the grand prize. Contestants can win the daily raffle on multiple days and winners of the daily raffle are still eligible for the grand prize.

8. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS: Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or if Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner(s) within seven (7) days of the first attempt, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place (according to the above criteria). 8. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive One (1) Nintendo Wii. Thirteen (13) additional winners will receive gift cards in value of US One Hundred Dollars ($100). Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. Prizes will be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the date the winner is confirmed. If a prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to (a) substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value, or (b) mail the winner a valid certified check or money order for the approximate retail value of the prize. The Winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize. Approximate retail value: $400.00. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the retail value of the prize. The potential winner is required to provide his/her social security number for tax reporting purposes.

9. PRIVACY: Information collected through the Promotion is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy set forth at www.qqgames.com.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Ruckus Network, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
